The Villa comes with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with free toiletries. Both bedrooms feature double beds of queen size, while there is a sofa bed in the living Zëmmer. There is also a baby cot.

There are also a fully equipped kitchen, a living Zëmmer, and a large dining area. The house features air-conditioning, a sun terrace, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free WiFi is available on the premises. A washing machine is also in the Villa.

Furthermore, the outside area of the house comes with a patio, outdoor furniture, and BBQ facilities.
