What about visiting an earthly paradise? Obviously, the answer is a straight yes!! All you have to do is to visit the enchanting Perivoliou beach on Skopelos Island. Perivolou Beach is located closer to Glossa Village (just 5 km away) rather than Skopelos Chora. The magnificent landscape is made up of turquoise waters, a sandy beach, and stunning rocks that create natural shade.
Along with the natural shade, there are also sun loungers and umbrellas. Moreover, there is a very classy wooden beach bar on the beach. Perivoliou Beach Bar has operated since 2016. The beach bar offers food, beverages, and of course summer cocktails.
Children will enjoy eating ice cream and playing with the intact hammock. Which of course adults also relax. The music is very summery. The right atmosphere for a beach bar.
The menu of Perivoliou Beach Bar offers salads, greek souvlaki, Skopelos cheese pie, and a variety of sandwiches. As far as drinks are concerned you can choose among coffees, refreshments, beers, and cool cocktails such as mojitos, daiquiri, and a margarita!
On the road to Perivoliou beach, you will find a carved and painted stone on your right hand. It is an easily accessible beach but you do need your own vehicle to reach it.
Perivoliou Beach is on the northeastern coast of Skopelos with Aggeletou and Pethamenis Beach. Families prefer to visit Perivoliou Beach since it offers open space and is popular, especially with the inhabitants of Glossa. There is a free parking area on the rock above the beach. Please notice that Perivoliou Beach is not accessible to people with special mobility needs because it has a steep path to the coast.
