An archway from the entrance hall leads into a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Beyond the kitchen, the living room is attractively decorated and still has the original corner fireplace. Here is a sofa, a table and chairs – and there is also a new downstairs bathroom with a marble top, shower and plenty of storage space. A wooden staircase leads up to the large master bedroom. A further flight of stairs leads off the bedroom and up to a wonderful, partly shaded roof terrace – the retaining wall is quite low, so it’s not suitable for young children. Here you have everything you need – a summer kitchen, a barbecue, table and chairs, sunbeds and magnificent views over the rooftops of the town and across the harbour. You will not want to move!
