Ioanna’s Maison Central is a recently renovated (in 2020) house of 55m2 in the heart of Skopelos Chora. The beautiful house is located just a 5 minutes walk from the picturesque Skopelos Town, Skopelos Beach, and the market.

The House has the capacity to accommodate up to three people. It is the ideal place for families and a group of friends.

There is one master bedroom. The bedroom provides a double bed while there is a sofa bed for one person in the living room of the house. The bathroom in Ioanna’s Maison Central comes with free toiletries and all the essentials.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern and necessary amenities, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and kitchenware. There is also a washing machine on the property.

Ioanna’s Maison Central also provides air conditioners, central heating, and free WiFi on-premises. The smart TV comes with Netflix.

Skopelos Town is within walking distance from the accommodation. On Skopelos Market, there are many traditional tavernas and restaurants as well as cafes and bars. There are also supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and a variety of tourist shops with a lot of souvenirs.

The closest beaches to the accommodation are Stafilos and Velanio, approximately 4 km away from the house.  Glysteri Beach is also close to Ioanna’s Maison Central. Agnontas Beach is about 8 km from the accommodation, while Panormos Beach is 12 km away. Other beautiful beaches to visit are Milia and Kastani or Mamma Mia Beach, which are 14 and 15 kilometers away.

The House is about 2 km away from the gas station, and 2 km away from the Health Center.
