Situated in an extremely charming neighborhood, Kyria Florence combines aesthetics, comfort, seclusion, and privacy. Absolutely stunning and fully renovated. The entrance is from a large walled secured courtyard with BBQ and lots of space, sofa’s chairs, tables, and sunbeds. Here you will enjoy the lemon tree and the fantastic smelling jasmine. Access into the ground floor living room. A breakfast bar separates the living room with fireplace from the superb, stylish, and fully equipped kitchen, including a full cooker and high standard equipment. On this floor, there is also an excellent and compact bathroom with a shower. Open stairs lead up to the bedroom with a platform double bed and a wall of fitted wardrobes and drawers, and another fireplace. 2 window doors off the bedroom lead to the traditional wooden front balcony which offers wonderful views across the roofs to the harbor.
