Semina’s  Garconniere Skopelos is situated in the picturesque Skopelos Town, just 200 meters from the port of the island. The location of the house is perfect as it near to everything a vacation may need. Furthermore, the beautiful  Skopelos Chora has won the title of the Traditional Settlement.

The summer house is in a walking distance from traditional tavernas and restaurants as well as cafes and bars. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and shops are also close to the Seminar garconniere Skopelos.

However a car is recommended for the visitors, so as to discover the beauties of Skopelos Island. Nevertheless bus and taxi station are less than 5 minutes from the house.

Semina’s  Garconniere Skopelos is a house of 30 sq.m. , the ideal place for two people. The house feature a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with free toiletries. The traditional home comes with high ceilings.

Moreover, Semina’s  Garconniere offers living room with sofa and flat screen TV. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities,  such as kitchenware, coffee machine, dining table, oven microwave, refrigerator and electric kettle.

Skopelos island is famous for the amazing green on blue beaches. The closest beaches to Semina’s  Garconniere Skopelos are Ammos (beach town) and Glyfoneri 500 m and 850 m respectively.  Stafylos beach is about 4 km away from the house, while Panormos beach is about 12 km away.  Agnontas beach is about 8 km away and Limnonari beach is 10 km away.   Milia and Kastani are 14 and 15 kilometers away respectively. Kastani is the most famous beach due to the Mamma Mia Movie.

The closest airport to Skopelos is Skiathos airport.
