Sergiani Skopelos is a new building in Agios Konstantinos area of Skopelos. The beach is just 60 meters away and Skopelos Chora is 3 kilometers away. Sergiani Skopelos features marvelous sea views and is an ideal place for relaxing holidays, especially for couples and individuals.

The accommodation is new construction, built amidst the pine forest on the hillside. The outdoor comes with a swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, bbq facilities as well as a blooming garden.

Glysteri beach is also close to the accommodation, 1,3 kilometers away. Skopelos Chora is 3 kilometers away. In Skopelos Chora, there are also restaurants and tavernas, bars and cafes, supermarkets, bakers, patisseries, seasonal, and other souvenir shops.

Stafylos beach is about 6 km away from the accommodation and Agnontas beach is about 10 km away.  While Panormos beach is about 14 km away. Milia and Kastani beaches have a distance of 16 and 17 kilometers respectively.
