Perched on a verdant hill with sweeping views of Chora Skopelos, Vainas Belvedere Villa provides a peaceful escape immersed in natural surroundings.  Positioned 2.5 kilometers from the port of Chora Skopelos, the villa is 96 square meters, distributed between two levels. The ground floor spans 50 square meters, while the upper level covers 46 square meters. Vainas Belvedere Villa has the capacity to accommodate 2-4 guests and an infant in a baby cot.

The ground level features a warm and inviting living area with a plush sofa a fireplace, and a dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, ensuring convenience for meal preparation. A separate external restroom is also available on this level, complete with a washing machine for added practicality.

Upstairs, the villa houses two bedrooms, one offering a double bed and the other with two single beds. The second bedroom also includes a fireplace. Both rooms feature en-suite bathrooms stocked with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Expansive furnished terraces extend from this level, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and Chora Skopelos.

The villa does not have an internal staircase.
