Ktima Kechriotis is a complex of apartments, consisting of two buildings, constructed with materials friendly to the environment (stone, wood, etc. ).

The first building has two floors, with an apartment on each floor each one suitable for 2-4 guests.

From the main entrance, you enter the kitchen area which is equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, electric fridge.

The 2 bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the kitchen and have one double bed and one twin, each a private bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning, thus ensuring perfect privacy to their users.

This arrangement is good to host either a couple with two children or two couples holidaying together. It also has a covered terrace with the necessary furniture for relaxation and cool at all times.

The second building is a ground floor apartment with a capacity for 2-4 guests and consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed and one twin), a bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen, and living room.

The kitchen is so organized as to be able to prepare all daily meals (an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, electric fridge, crockery) while in the living room there is a TV with corner seating that can accommodate another person.

On the terrace from where the entrance of the apartment there is a large wooden table with seats, an outdoor dining area.

Within the perimeter of the property and premises, there is sufficient open space to serve the guests of the accommodation with shaded parking, and space for outdoor grilling ( barbecue ) grill or spit, traditional oven, and outdoor seating.
