Skopelos buses

There is organized local transport, which is connected with the beaches Stafylos, Agnontas, Panormos, Andrines, Milia, and Kastani, and is connected with the villages Elios, Glossa, and Loutraki. Especially during the summer, there are frequent bus services.

The main road network on the island of Skopelos extends over a 37 km long route, starting from the southern part and Skopelos Town and ending at Loutraki of Glossa. The road is generally in good condition and asphalt even though some attention is needed as there are several turns. Distances are small and usually do not exceed one hour.

The first bus stop is at 5 minutes ( Skopelos Town – Stafylos) and the terminal is at 55 minutes with 1 hour ( Skopelos Town – Loutraki Language).

The starting point is next to the harbor exit. Skopelos has 4 buses that make the main route, which starts from Skopelos Town and stops at Loutraki Glossa with intermediate stops.

The main routes of Skopelos – Glossa are 07:00, 10:00, 12:00, 13:30, 15:30, and 18:00.

BUS DURATION – WALKING DISTANCE

For some beaches, there is a walking distance from the bus station to the beach.

STAFYLOS AND VELANIO: Time on the bus: 5 minutes. The bus stop is on the hill. The walking distance to Stafylos beach is approximately 500 meters.

AGNONTAS: Time on the bus: 10 minutes. The bus stop is next to Agnontas port. There are only 200 meters in walking distance.

LIMNONARI: Time on the bus: 12 minutes. The bus stop is on the hill. The walking distance to reach Limnonari beach is 2 kilometers, meaning that you have to walk for about 10 minutes.

PANORMOS: Time on the bus: 25 to 30 minutes. There are two bus stops ( Panormos and Linarakia) both next to the beach, and there is no walking distance.

ADRINES: Time on the bus: 35 minutes. There are about 200 meters in walking distance.

MILIA: Time on the bus: 40 minutes. There are about 400 meters of walking distance to the beach.

KASTANI: Time on the bus: 45 minutes. There are about 300 meters of walking distance to the beach.

HOVOLO: Time on the bus: 50 minutes. There are about 300 meters of walking distance to the beach.
