Beautiful country house on the sea in the fishing village of Agnontas. The house is located just 10 steps from the crystal clear turquoise waters of the bay, with incredibly peaceful views and extremely good access to basic necessities and restaurants with local food. A favorite destination for those who love: the sea, the forests, speedboating/sailing, hiking, excursions to other beaches of the island, etc.

The space
The seaside holiday home “AKRI” is located right in front of the sea, on the edge of the beach, in the picturesque fishing village of Agnontas, on the west side of Skopelos.

Agnontas is one of the most beautiful fishing villages of the Sporades and a favorite destination of those who own a boat, love the local food, the crystal clear turquoise waters, and the excursions in nature.

A great destination for those looking for a relatively quiet base, from where they can plan their excursions to the rest of the island. Within a radius of just 8 km dominate seven beautiful beaches. While the town of Skopelos is 10 minutes away by car or local bus.

The house is located at the end of the forest area and at the beginning of the beach. Forest trees and flowers surround the house creating a heavenly atmosphere. While the sea view is breathtaking. The morning hours and the sunsets seduce the visitor.

The house is fully renovated and equipped and can easily accommodate six people. It has:
– Three nicely decorated bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with
two singles) each of which has its own bathroom, TV, and air
conditioning.
– Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities.
– Barbecue and dining in the courtyard.
– Large paved courtyard with a mulberry and a linden tree that provide
natural shade/coolness.
– Comfortable parking

The house is literally 10 meters from the sea and 40 from the nearest traditional tavern. In the fishing village of Agnontas, there are:
– restaurants / taverns,
– a mini-market for basic items,
– bus stop,
– harbor mooring, &
– slip for boats.
