This idyllic location and the special emphasis on the island character makes our space an ideal destination, combining in a light way the special character of the tradition with the comforts of the modern. The villa is part of “Evlalia studios & villas”, as it is located in the estate of the rented apartments, however the place that has been built is designed to provide tranquility for really beautiful private moments overlooking the beautiful town of Skopelos. Exhaling a strong aura romance in this quiet environment, surrounded by unspoiled flora, which we maintained with our discreet presence in the space, one enjoys the majesty of nature. A fairytale destination of absolute peace and unsurpassed enjoyment awaits you!

This dream haven of unforgettable holidays provides a high level of facilities, taking care of both your service and your pleasure. Initially, the spacious parking of the villa allows the comfortable parking of 2-3 cars, providing absolute security. In addition, enjoyable moments of relaxation in the private pool-jacuzzi, overlooking the town of Skopelos, for a refreshing swim will rejuvenate you in the heat of noon, but also in the evenings with the island breeze. Means of peace of mind or even a light sleep is the double hammock, which with the help of the shade of the trees promises absolute rest. Modern sun loungers accompany the private pool and give you a fully organized space.

On the upper floor and specifically on the outside of the villa, an island type barbecue is a decorative element. on the coals or for someone cooked in the hull. Well-formed woods are provided for every attempt you make to cook in the simple traditional way.

Outside the villa, there is a table with built-in island style sofas for a meal, but also an even smaller one for a coffee or a drink among the green pines with Skopelos Town lying in front of you. Our main concern is to maintain the island character, as is obvious, so that the traveler feels familiar and experiences the lifestyle of the locals.

Regarding the interior of the villa “Nefeli”, it has two bedrooms with independent bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen. More specifically, on the ground floor there is one of the two bedrooms, a “warm nest”, which provides you with a king-size bed with a mattress of the well-known company Coco-mat, handmade wardrobe, air conditioner and TV 28 ” (size based on the suitability of the space). The spacious bathroom with its own special style and hidden lighting has a built-in shower, space around the sink for better classification of your products and a socket for toiletries, such as a hair dryer or hair removal machine.

The ground floor, also the kitchen area is fully equipped and ready to welcome you, providing you with all the comforts. In particular, a modern LG refrigerator, dishwasher, spacious oven and flat stove with four seats provide you with help in preparing any kind of meal.

The living room on the ground floor is another comfortable and special place of Nefeli, with the traditional fireplace and the wooden ceiling to strongly exhale the island character to the visitor. The large corner sofa is extremely comfortable, with the aim of relaxing you or offering sweet sleep to two children or adults with great comfort. Available for use are Smart Tv 40 ”, home cinema, dvd player and air conditioner.

The twisted staircase in the living room leads the visitor to the upper floor, ie to the second bedroom of the villa. A beautifully designed sleeping area with breathtaking views, a bedroom that was described by previous guests as a “wedding suite” is available for your unique holiday experience. The imposing style of the built-in king-size bed, its traditional exposed roof with its white woods intertwined like ivy and its unique view of the country, evident even from the position of the bed, in combination with its perfectly matched island colors raise the mood to the “zenith”. In the room are available Smart Tv 43 ”, air conditioning and independent bathroom with shower.
