Located near the Kastro and Christos Church, one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods inside the traditional village, this newly renovated house is set among the whitewashed, peaceful maze of alleyways in the traditional village where the trash pick up is still done by a man and his mule. There are colorful shutters, vibrant flowers, and amazing vistas within a few minutes’ stroll. Two restaurants and a cafe are a stone’s throw away while the port with all its hustle and bustle is a 5 min. walk down. Stylishly and lovingly restored, the space consists of one bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, a small kitchen on the upper floor which leads to a spacious outdoor terrace, then up to a second terrace with a beautiful harbor view of Skopelos port. The terrace setting is perfect for some morning coffee, relaxing after a day at the beach, dining al fresco, or stargazing.
