SKOPELOS POOL VILLAS

Villa Watermill is in the Myloi area, just 1km away from Skopelos port. The accommodation consists of 2 houses rented together. One of the two houses is a traditional watermill from 1835, which was renovated in 2021. Nowadays is the only one remaining on Skopelos Island.

The villas are set in a green landscape offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the port.

The villa can accommodate 2-8 people, 2-4 to each house. Each villa comes with one bedroom with queen size bed and one living room with a sofa bed. Furthermore, each villa features a bathroom with a hair dryer, towels, free toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchens feature all the amenities such as a toaster, a stovetop, an oven, kitchenware, an electric kettle, a microwave as well as a refrigerator.  A washing machine is also available on-site.

The outside area comes with a swimming pool and 4 sun loungers, dining furniture as well as an amazing bar area.

Free WiFi and free parking space are also available on-premises.

The Pool Villa Watermill is at a distance of approximately 1 km from Skopelos Town, there are many traditional tavernas and restaurants to taste the delicious local dishes, such as the famous cheese pie of Skopelos. Moreover, in Skopelos Chora, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakers, patisseries, and seasonal souvenir shops.

The closest beach to the luxury houses is Glyfoneri Beach at a distance of 3,6 km. Stafylos and Velanio beaches are 5 km away from the houses while Limnonari and Agnontas beaches are 9 and 10 km respectively.

The property is at a distance of 1,1 km from a gas station and 1,5 km from the Health Center.
