Archodiko Palio Klima is a building of 1925 that was recently renovated in 2019, preserving the traditional architecture of the area. What makes it special, is that it is located in the traditional settlement of Paleo Klima while maintaining its privacy. In addition, the Archodiko Palio Klima is located in a pine forest. This luxury home offers sea views and forest coolness.

Skopelos Palio Klima Mansion can accommodate 8 people. The house has two floors. There are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, and the third with twin beds. Both floors have air conditioning. WiFi and on-site parking are available.

It consists of the main house of 160 sq.m. and the hostel 40 sq.m. Upstairs is the master bedroom, which has a living room, satellite, fireplace, second double bed in the same area, air conditioning, bathroom, and balcony overlooking the sea.
