Casa Di Levante House is a renovated two-story house with sun terraces offering magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. The House is located in a picturesque neighborhood in Glossa Village.

Casa Di Levante House can accommodate up to 5 persons since there are two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room area. The two floors are separate and connected by an external staircase.

Moreover, the house comes with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, with all the modern amenities such as a dining table, stovetop, oven, kitchenware, washing machine, and refrigerator. There are also two bathrooms, each on every floor. 

The outdoor area of Casa di Levante features dining furniture, bb facilities, and amazing sea views. There are two parking spaces inside the patio.

Within walking distance, guests will find traditional tavernas and restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies as well as doctor’s offices.

The nearest beach to Casa Di Levante is Loutraki beach at a distance of about 3,5 km. While Perivoliou and Agios Ioannis beaches are approximately 5,5 km and 6,5 km away.  Hovolo beach is 7,5 km away. Milia and Kastani or (Mamma Mia) beaches are at a distance of about 11km and 12 km respectively.

The house is located at a distance of 24 km from the port of Chora Skopelos and 3.5 km from Loutraki port of the Glossa Village.
