Sofadaki house is a traditional maisonette, fully centered just seconds from the port and the market. It is fully equipped with a/c and WiFi. It is very convenient as it is some minutes from the car parking too. The alley is extremely beautiful and although it is central,  it maintains its privacy as no motorbikes are crossing in front. If you want to live like an islander, the house is perfect for you!

Sofadaki House is a two-story traditional house with modern amenities in Skopelos Chora, just a few meters from Port.  The location of the house is ideal since it is close to everything a vacationer may need. It is just 4 minutes on foot from Skopelos market. Furthermore, Skopelos Town is extremely beautiful and has also the title of Traditional Settlement.

The Sofadaki House can host up to 4 persons. There are two bedrooms with double beds in each. Moreover, on the first floor of the air-conditioning house, there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a flat-screen TV. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms.

Free WiFi is also available on-premises. The accommodation is close to the public parking of Skopelos Town.

In Skopelos Chora, near the accommodation, there is a variety of traditional tavernas and restaurants where visitors are recommended to taste the Skopelos traditional cheese pie. For those seeking extra moments of entertainment during their summer holidays in Greece, there are cafes and bars. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and shops are within walking distance from Sofadaki House.

The closest beaches to Sofadaki House are the beach town, Ammos, as well as  Glyfoneri Beach. Stafylos and Velanio beaches are approximately 4 km from the house, while Panormos beach is about 12 km away.  Agnontas beach is about 8 km away and Limnonari beach is 10 km away.   Milia and Kastani are 14 and 15 kilometers away respectively. Kastani is the most famous beach due to the Mamma Mia Movie.

The gas station is 1,7 km from Sofadaki House while the Health Center is 1,5 km away.
