SKOPELOS POOL VILLAS

Pool Villa Avaton is situated in the Raches Area, in Skopelos Chora. The luxury summer house in a distance of  1,5 from Skopelos Port and the beach of Chora, Ammos. By car, the distance to reach the town is less than ten minutes.

Furthermore, the villa’s location is perfect since it combines the tranquillity of nature with the conveniences of Skopelos Chora.

The luxury pool Villa Avaton is 135 m2 and has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 persons. The Villa features 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds and 3 bathrooms.  The bathrooms come with showers, a hair dryer and towels. Children’s cribs or beds are also provided.

At Villa Avaton Skopelos, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a flat screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player.

The Kitchen of the Pool Villa is fully equipped with all the necessities. Such as dining furniture, microwave, kitchenware, oven, stovetop, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as a washing machine.

There is also a private swimming pool with sun umbrellas and loungers. The garden offers magnificent views.

In Skopelos Chora, there are traditional tavernas and restaurants to enjoy the delicious local dishes. One must definitely try skopelos cheese pie.  In town, there are also supermarkets, bakers, patisseries, seasonal shops and other clothing and souvenir shops. Guests are close to everything they may need.

The closest beach to Villa Avaton Skopelos is Glyfoneri beach at a distance of about 1,5 km. Stafilos beach is approximately 6 km away from the accommodation, while Agnontas beach is about 9 km away. Other beaches one should definitely visit on Skopelos Island are Milia and Kastani. By car, you won’t need more than 20 minutes to reach.
