Pool Villa Avaton is situated in Raches Area, in Skopelos Chora. The luxury summer house in a distance of  1,5 from Skopelos Port and the beach of Chora, Ammos. By car the distance to reach the town is less than ten minutes.

Furthermore the villa’s location is perfect since it combines in a magical way the tranquility of the nature with the conveniences of Skopelos Chora.

The luxury pool Villa Avaton is 135 m2 and has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 persons. The Villa features 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds and 3 bathrooms.  The bathrooms come with showers, hair dryer and towels. Children’s crib or bed are also provided.

At Villa Avaton Skopelos there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player.

The Kitchen of the Pool Villa is fully equipped with all the necessities. Such as dining furnitures, microwave, kitchenware, oven, stovetop, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator as well as washing machine.

There is also a private swimming pool with sun umbrellas and loungers. The garden offers magnificent views.

In Skopelos Chora  there are traditional tavernas and restaurants to enjoy the delicious local dishes. One must definitely try skopelos cheese pie.  In town there are also supermarkets, bakers, patisseries, seasonal shops and other clothing and souvenir shops. Guest are close to everything they may need.

The closest beach to Villa Avaton Skopelos is Glyfoneri beach in a distance of about 1,5 km. Stafilos beach is approximately 6 km away from the accommodation, while Agnontas beach is about 9 km away. Other beaches one should definitely visit on Skopelos Island are Milia and Kastani. By car you won’t need more than 20 minutes to reach.
